As of today (26th August), a New Format is in use for the Apprenticeship Service (AS) cohort export. The export is used by providers to upload details for learners linked to certain employers. This file acts as evidence that the learners are engaging with the provider.
The new format supports Apprenticeship Standards learners only and includes some changes to how the export files are validated by the AS.
We have updated PICSWeb to use the new format when you use the AS Cohort Export function in the learner list.
We have also updated our Online Help Guide to include all the format changes and how to produce the export file in PICSWeb.
