Learner Management is Moving to PICSWeb

Now that the new and improved learner management functionality in PICSWeb is ready for you to use, we are able to start removing the old learner management features from your desktop system.

As of June 22nd, hosted PICS customers will not be able to create new Learners using Desktop PICS.

Instead, you can use the redesigned Create Learner functionality in PICSWeb. This three-step wizard lets you quickly enter new learner records into your system.

Once you have entered some basic details, the wizard uses a clear tab structure to separate ILR data, financial information, employment status, and personal details.

With PICSWeb, entering new learners has never been so intuitive. You can find out more by taking a look at the Learner Management section of our help database.
