In the last release, we added the functionality to customise and brand emails sent out from PICS with a user-defined 'from' name, logo and other text.
This is all done through the new Email Integration section in PICS configuration.
In here, you can add your 'from' name, logo and custom text to be used in emails to staff, learners and other contacts. If you have added custom branding to your WebForm emails, the WebForm branding will override anything entered here.
After adding your branding, you can send out a test email to check how it will appear to recipients.
