Are you subscribed to updates from our Hosting Portal?

In the unfortunate event that our hosting portal experiences any issues, we want to make sure that customers who use the hosting service are informed as soon as possible.

We recommend that you subscribe to updates from our Hosting Status Page if your software is hosted by us. This will ensure that you are kept up-to-date with any issues and can minimise the risk of your work in PICS not being saved due to an outage. 


To subscribe, simply visit the Hosting Status Page and select Subscribe to Updates. You can choose to subscribe through EmailSlackAtom Feed or RSS Feed. Once you have subscribed, you will be informed every time a new issue is CreatedUpdated or Resolved.
