We are removing the desktop PICS report and task scheduler

One of the final steps in the transition from desktop PICS to PICSWeb is the removal of the old report and task scheduler from desktop PICS.

From the 17th February, no reports and tasks scheduled from desktop PICS will run.


Before this date, you will need to make sure that any scheduled reports and any automated SMS or email tasks have been transferred to the equivalent functions in PICSWeb. Guidance on using PICSWeb scheduled reports is available in our Online Help.
