Share your PICS ideas in our new product hub

In order to make the most of our customers' knowledge and experience and offer a more transparent process for sharing suggestions, we have recently gone live with our new product hub. We look forward to seeing your ideas!

Any user with an email address recorded against their account can access the product hub by selecting the icon at the top of the window shown below.

Before using the hub, you will need to register for an account with an email address. This email address will need to be one on your organisation's domain, as only PICS customers can use the hub. If you have any issues registering, please Get in Touch.

Once signed in, you will be able to see a list of suggestions from other customers, with status flags indicating whether the idea is under consideration, being implemented, and so on. If you like the look of an idea, please do select Like to show your enthusiasm - the more engagement and consensus around an idea, the more incentive we will have to implement it! 

You can also submit your own ideas using the Add your own idea button. Please bear in mind that this is only used to suggest new features in PICS - support requests or reporting bugs should still be done via the usual channels.
