Find Out about Temporary Access User Accounts for Pellcomp Staff

In the latest PICSWeb release, we have added the capability for your database administrators to create a temporary account for a Pellcomp staff member. This will make it much easier for us to answer any questions or resolve any issues you may have with PICSWeb.

This user account will have full permissions and access to all of your PICS data. This should be used only when advised to do so by Pellcomp. Once an account has been created, it will be automatically deleted at midnight of the same day.
