Our telephone support lines are open

We are pleased to confirm that from today, 30th November, our telephone support lines are once again open on the usual number; 01603 492620. Our support hours are Monday to Thursday between 09:00 and 17:30, and Fridays between 09:00 and 16:00.

As always, email support is available via support@pellcomp.co.uk for non-urgent or complex queries, or for those who would rather just drop us an email. Remember to anonymise any learner personal information you send us, or upload it to our secure filedrop before emailing or calling.

We thank you for your patience while we focused on email-only support, which allowed us to streamline our operations during these uncertain times. We know that many of you have been keen to reach out to us by phone though, and we look forward to talking to you soon.
