The day will be made up of the following sessions:
10:00-10:30 Introduction
An overview of progress on the PICSWeb project to date and a look at what you can expect over the coming months as PICS desktop is retired.
11:00-12:00 Reporting
The PICSWeb reporting suite has grown substantially over the recent months. This session will demonstrate the full capability of PICSWeb reports and explore a range of current and upcoming advanced features.
12:45-13:45 WebForms
With the old Form Capture Application due to be retired in the spring with PICS desktop, take the opportunity to get to know our much-improved WebForms solution. This session will take you from building custom forms to requesting remote signatures, all within PICSWeb.
14:15-15:15 PICSWeb Portfolio
Take a look at our new ePortfolio solution for PICSWeb, replacing the old eAssessor web app. PICSWeb Portfolio will give your staff, learners and employer contacts access to dedicated portals for all of their tracking, assessment and compliance needs.
15:45-16:45 PICSWeb Tips and Tricks
Improve your PICSWeb use with some of our favourite tips and tricks that can go unnoticed. The expert advice in this session will make sure that you are taking full advantage of PICSWeb’s speedy and powerful features.
