We have added a new module to PICS, allowing you to complete a skills scan to record the initial skill levels of your applicants during the onboarding process.
These scans can be completed either by your staff, or by an applicant through the applicant portal.
Results of the scan can then be viewed within PICS and embedded into WebForms as needed.
