Changes to Learner Validation in PICSWeb

In order to improve performance we have removed automatic validation from PICSWeb learner records. Please read on to find out if this will affect your processes at all. If so, do not hesitate to Get in Touch with any concerns.

After editing a learner their validation status will be reset

The validation icon in the learner record has been redesigned to reflect this change. After a change is made, the clock icon will indicate that the learner's validation status is Pending. 

To check the learner, you can run validation manually by clicking the validation icon.

If you would still like automatic validation to run, it is as simple as scheduling a Learner Validation Report to run at the frequency of your choice.
