  • Misc Tools, PICS Main: Supervisors and users with DB Admin permission will be prompted to opt in to being contacted regarding products and services based on their company’s use of PICS
  • Reporting: PICS Ident has been added as an optional output for the Course Manager Attendance Report.


  • eApply: Postcodes in eApply are now validated to ensure they are in the correct format.
  • eAssessor: It is now possible to add multiple scope items at the same time when constructing delivery targets.
  • Form Capture App: Windows client will now inform the user if the system cannot write to the temp folder.
  • PICS Main: ORGANISATION v3.0.0 : 16 Oct 2018 is now available in PICS

Bug Fixes

  • Claims and Profiles, PICS Main: The Learner Funding Details section, available from the ILR, was incorrectly showing 19+ FM36 apprentices as eligible for 16-18 funding when they were not. Now fixed.
  • Claims and Profiles, Reporting: The Learner Status Report was incorrectly paying completion payments twice for learners that had completed learning.
  • CRM and Applicants: Adding a qualification plan to an applicant will now default the Expected End date to the latest end date of all qualifications in the plan, not just the main aim.
  • CRM and Applicants, eEmploy: There was an issue with Next Steps not detecting closed Money type activities. Now fixed.
  • eAssessor: There was an issue where double clicking the save evidence button would upload the file multiple times. Now fixed.
  • eDashboard: User Defined Widgets would fail to load and display an error notification. Now fixed.
  • eEmploy: Opening Activities with incomplete participant records would throw an error in web applications. Now fixed.
  • Imports and Exports: There was an issue with the ILR Importer when trying to import Learners with EPA Organisations. Now fixed.
  • PICS Main: There was an issue where users with special characters in their usernames would cause reports to fail to open. Now fixed.
  • Reporting: There was an issue where some reports would fail to open when run through PelControl. Now fixed.
