New Features

  • eEmploy: It is now possible to send an SMS directly from within eEmploy by clicking on mobile numbers with a mobile icon next to them.
  • Reporting: It is now possible to select the client’s Main Officer as an optional output in the Course Manager Attendance Report.

Improvements

  • AdHoc: Apprenticeship Service Agreement ID and Additional employer details, including Name, Additional IDs, EDRS URN have been added to the SFA/EFA ILR Employment Status output for learners.
  • AdHoc: It is now possible to order the Learner Destination & Progression outputs available in SFA/EFA for Learners by outcome start date
  • AdHoc: Output of Counts of Attachments and Count of Attachments by Document Type have been added for Learners, Applicants, Organisations, Officers, CRM Activities, Opportunities, Vacancies and Vacancies Applications.
  • AdHoc: Output of answers to individual surveys now support surveys that can have multiple answers.
  • Claims and Profiles: The funding calculator will now generate process warnings where PMR records exist against an FM36 apprenticeship where payment records are not required due to using LDM codes 356 or 361.
  • Claims and Profiles: Added a warning to show paid payments with a value of zero when running the funding calculator.
  • Claims and Profiles: The claims reconciler (non-FM36) has been updated to work with exports from the 2018 FIS
  • Claims and Profiles, Reporting: There was an issue where the Occupational area wasn’t being reported correctly in the Claim History report. Now fixed.
  • Claims and Profiles, Reporting: FM25 funding in PICS now recognises the provider historic figures for 2018/19
  • Claims and Profiles, Reporting: The Learner Status report’s “Formula Value” column now displays the combined value for all of a learner’s aims.
  • CRM and Applicants: Status Workflow validation and actions properties can now be multi select when filtering for records.
  • CRM and Applicants: A checkbox column has been added to the PRaP Remittance report that allows you to select which entries you wish to import. It is now also possible to reverse milestone paid dates from this report.
  • CRM and Applicants: It is now possible to edit Document Types and create file attachments against learners in CRM.
  • CRM and Applicants: Structured Document Storage in CRM is no longer in beta and is available by default.
  • eRecruit: Drop box email settings can now be edited on the eRecruit config settings page.
  • Form Capture App: Learner searches in FCA now exclude episodes that ended more than a configured number of months ago (defaulted to 12). PICS Configuration Settings -> FCA Settings -> Filter learners who left more than (months) ago.
  • Form Capture App: Programme Expected End date field is now editable if the form does not use Qualification Plan Aim fields.
  • Form Capture App, PICS Main: There is now an additional database administrator configuration option to set new Form Capture Application end points.
  • Imports and Exports, PICS Main: Learning Aim Monitoring Codes Picklists and ILR Exports have been updated to Version 1 of the 2018/19 specification from the ESFA.
  • PICS Main: LARS v6.0.0 : 21 Aug 2018, ORGANISATION v3.0.0 : 22 Aug 2018 and PostcodeReferenceData 2018.1.2 : 16 Aug are now available in PICS
  • PICS Main, Surveys and eSurveys: For surveys, UDFs and FCA questions, we have improved the interface for defining a code for each available answer for question types: Single Item from a List, Multiple Items from a List, Single Item from a Range.
  • Reporting: A Save and Close button has been added to the Funding Organisation and Site filter windows.
  • Reporting: More date range options have been added for activity reports for Learners, Applicants and Officers.
  • Reporting: The “Missing PMR records” audit report now respects LDM codes 356 and 361 when determining missing payment records.

Bug Fixes

  • Imports and Exports: Exports of Off-the_job-hours could cause an error when writing the ILR Export file. Now fixed.
  • AdHoc: Selection Criteria of Empty or Not Empty did not work for Provider Defined Long Text fields. Now fixed.
  • AdHoc, Reporting: When sending a scheduled Adhoc report to SQL Server an SQL error would occur if the report contained Activity Participant data. Now fixed.
  • Claims and Profiles, Reporting: The Learner Status Report was not respecting the “Show finalled period 12 achievmts” option for FM36 apprentices. Now fixed.
  • Claims and Profiles, Reporting: FM36 Young Apprentice Incentive claim items were not displaying the correct Effective ACT value in the claim history report. Now fixed.
  • CRM and Applicants, PICS Main: UDF values were being cleared from drop down boxes if the saved values were no longer an item in the drop down. Now fixed.
  • CRM and Applicants, PICS Main: There was an issue with an error occurring when attempting to click additional PRaP Checkbox Report tabs while the current one was still loading. Now fixed.
  • eApply: There was an issue with users not inheriting the supervisor permission from their user group correctly. Now fixed.
  • Form Capture App, SOAP Service: There was an issue with due review forms failing to sync in FCA. Now fixed.
  • Imports and Exports: There was an issue where Advanced Learning Loan Funded Learners weren’t being given the correct Group/Subgroup. Now fixed.
  • PICS Main: Applicant file attachments without notes were not being pulled through when importing the
    Applicant into PICS. Now fixed.
  • Reporting: There was an issue where the funding organisation or report list would not be fully populated when running Reports switchboard from PelControl. Now Fixed.
  • Reporting: There was a bug causing the VQ Progression Report to error when attempting to display a learner with no qualifications. Now fixed.
