You can only attend 5 sessions throughout the day and you will need to select, on a first come first served basis, the ones you wish to attend. The session choices will sent out in due course to those who have booked places, via a survey link, but brief details are set out below.

Your Future and Ours: This session provides an exciting first look at our plans to radically modernise the PICS family of products. We will be showing you both the substantial progress we have already made as well as discussing both the next steps and long-term goals. This will also be an excellent opportunity for you to let us know your thoughts and to feed in your own wishes for consideration.
Managing your Sales Pipeline: During this session we will look at tools available in our separately licenced modules (CRM, Reports Scheduler and eDashboard) for tracking your business pipelines, monitoring KPIs and analysing your sales conversion rates.
Funding Principles for Apprenticeships: Apprenticeship funding principles changed significantly in May 2017 with the introduction of the Apprenticeship Reforms and Funding Model 36. This session will review many of the key considerations of funding for Apprenticeships, looking at both Levy and Co-investment scenarios, and the PICS features for managing your FM36 learners.
Paperless Onboarding: This session will look at innovations within our Form Capture Application to provide even slicker paperless onboarding including remote signatures.
Month End Process: This session will reiterate the good practice of preparing for and submitting your data to the ESFA. We will also look at reconciliation tools available in PICS and discover ways in which any potential discrepancies can be investigated.
Core PICS Reporting: This session will take a look at some of the reports available within core PICS. We will look at the reports within the main switchboard, and explain what data is being shown. We will also look at the interactive reports within PICS, and how to use them to monitor provision. This session will also allow you to feedback comments and suggestions.
Advanced Reporting in PICS: This session aims to provide an insight into the reporting features of PICS Reports Scheduler and the eDashboard application. We will look at the Reports Scheduler and how to configure some of the key queries available to run automatically, along with how to send automated emails / SMS to Learners and Applicants. You will then see how our eDashboard can be used to provide visual analysis of the data through the use of interactive widgets, allowing colleagues to easily access the information they need.
Venue Change: This year we have changed our venue in the South to 99 City Road Conference Centre, Inmarsat Building, next to Old Street tube station.
