A full introduction to AdHoc and its many features; we will focus on:

  • Selection criteria vs output
  • Navigating the various selection fields and options to build your reports
  • Outputting data through main and alternate options
  • Using the interactive output
  • Creating AdHoc Express reports and scheduling them (where applicable).

We will start with simple queries analysing key learner data, then look at more advanced reporting around learner monitoring and progression.  We will look at the latest improvements to financial reporting through AdHoc and finally produce queries analysing employer and other CRM data.

Outcome: Improved awareness and knowledge of the AdHoc reporting tool, enabling you to build bespoke reports and run them as required, to improve reporting on your PICS data.

Prerequisites: Experience of working with PICS learner records and CRM system.

Style: Webinar presentation and demonstration; supporting documentation and guidance will be provided following the webinar in relation to content and questions.
