Claims and Profiles: A new config option “Use FM36 Apprenticeship Financial Details when calculating Incentive payments” has been added under the Claims / Profile tab of PICS Config. Selecting this option will force the FM36 funding calculator to calculate Young Apprentice Incentives based on the Incentive records stored against an Apprentice’s Financial Records.
Reporting: A new Traineeship Programme Achievement Rates report has been added. This is based on information provided by the ESFA further to the 2019 QAR business rules.
Course Manager: Course Manager now offers to redirect the user to PICSWeb and converts their user permissions for Courses and Learner Change Requests
Form Capture App: Support for ACT 1 Non-levy has been added
Form Capture App: Added new PICS configuration settings for FCA “Temporarily enable change username prompt when unable to authenticate”. This should only be used when migrating on-premise FCA users onto the hosting platform.
Form Capture App, SOAP Service: New field for CRM Activities “EmpEvCloseOnImport” will mark the event complete on Import when set to “Y”
Checks between Server and Client time have been added to prevent syncing errors
PICS Main: Hosting PICS users will now have a prompt on the Welcome Page to access their PICSWeb.
Reporting: The 2018 and 2019 Achievement Rates reports now excludes restarted aims which have ended before the qualifying period (see FUND_QUAL_EXCL in the ESFA QAR specification for more details) if the episode start type on the PICS Episode tab is set to “Transfer”.
PICS Main: LARS v7.0.0: 9th Apr 2020 and ORGANISATION v3 14th Apr 2020 are now available in PICS.
Data Patches These are changes to the PICS Database structure to support future features. When they are available they will be announced as New Features or Improvements in the relevant Release Notes.
