The amendments to the LIS Known Issues document that were released just before Christmas   explain almost all the differences reported by the PICS LIS reconciliation report,   and lead us to believe that the SFA and YPLA funding calculations in PICS are substantially correct.   Many amendments are promised for LIS 19.02; in the mean time, there is a document   on our website which helps to explain most of the differences reported by the PICS reconciler.
