All of these reports can be viewed in excel format, allowing you to view the data in a familiar format and also to further manipulate the system output to your specific needs.

PICS is a powerful solution, which integrates seamlessly with your environment. We have available a range of different importing tools to ensure that your manual data entry is kept to a minimum and that PICS integrates with your other systems.

This is particularly apparent with the minimum effort required to enter a new learner onto the system. PICS has the ability to import ILR forms individually or collectively from industry standard formats. Additionally PICS can import leaners details from your applicant process, or pdf learner reviews that you assessors have completed minimising the data entry in your workflow.

The software will operate on any industry standard PC, or local area network environment, generally Netware or Microsoft Solutions. Remote access can be achieved either using Remote Desktop or CITRIX. For remote access the system must be operating in ADS Client Server mode.

Software is maintained on a continual basis, it is kept in line with guidance of statutory bodies, and the software is able to scan our web site for relevant downlaods to ensure it is kept up to date with all the changes and improvements.

Hosting Service

PICS hosting is based on Microsoft Terminal Services, to which access is provided via an SSL encrypted internet portal. We are happy to discuss the hosting of your learner data.
